What is your favourite type of mustard?

For me, it depends on what I am eating. But, I would never have Dijon mustard.

• Steak - English mustard
• Hot dog - American mustard
• Sausage sandwich - American mustard or brown sauce
• Sausages (not sandwiched) - English mustard or brown sauce
• Ham sandwich - American mustard

What are your mustard preferences?

I like to cut the mustard whenever I'm able to. Never thought about the type TBH.

French mustard is quality stuff. Especially with a medium rare cooked bit of sirloin or fillet or rump steak.

English mustard doesn’t even taste edible.

Never been able to stand French Mustard as when I was a lad I took a massive spoonful of it thinking it was chocolate sauce. Could be why I'm not really a fan of chocolate either. 

Used to love a bit of English on a steak or American on a hot-dog when I ate meat. Still have American sometimes when I eat meat free sausages.
