I love my kitchen Buc. Big fan of cooking and it's a good social point at a gathering. Telling a few stories with the boys over a few light beverages.

I think kitchens are good for social gatherings for me you need a breakfast bar to make it a bit more homely.

Mayo.

Grated cheese.

Roast potato seasoning.

Wholegrain mustard

Horseradish sauce.

Salt the water when boiling, milk abd butter during the mash then a bit black pepper to end. Had that earlier this evening with some beef olives, which need a good bit English mustard over them.

but i don’t understand why people add salt and pepper at the table before tasting their food. It’s a common bad habit and annoys me. Every meal must just taste the same.

Don't get that either.

Pepper added to most savoury food, freshly ground (black). White pepper also has a place.

possibly some butter if there is no gravy on the go. Wouldn't just eat a bowl of mashed tatties like in the picture anyway. Needs an accompaniment.
