Kittybrewster Loon
Having witnessed the last couple of weeks, I think it's pretty clear the players have downed tools to get rid of Goodwin. In doing so, they have shown a complete lack of respect for the attending fans who have to endure this shite. Knowing that fans have travelled all across the country to watch these players, and they put in performances like that are unforgivable. Whether we wanted JG out or not, it's just unacceptable to put fans through this and I don't trust them not to pull the same shit with the next manager. How can we reduce player power at this club? fine-n-dandy
Players clearly were sick of Goodwin. He strikes me as a cunt that a few players would have zero respect for. I don’t mind an arrogant/stubborn manager but only if he can back it up with decent tactics/results & actually build a solid team STARTING with an actual competent defence ffs Link to comment
Redtaz2
Very valid points , however prior to break they were playing reasonably well and should be able to re achieve these standards the club should have a more effective communication process with players and if he has lost the dressing room find out why and what could be done to restore it . thay all can’t be arseholes Link to comment

We know they can do better than they have been in spite of Goodwin, so an uptick in form now he’s gone just proves that they all downed tools. Then it becomes a question of the teams mentality rather than their quality. Link to comment
