I've no fucking idea what he's like but I'm not seeing anything that suggests he "has a decent pedigree".

Leeds, Grimsby and Watford by 21. Obviously has some ability. Compare it to Scales, Stewart, Coulson, Richardson and McRorie and who would you say looks better out of our defenders?

He can't be worse than what we already have at CB. We badly needed a CB so let's hope he does a decent job for us. If he's decent we can maybe move Scales to LB and let Coulson play further forward.
