There’s a correlation between Barron playing and us being shite. He started most games in second half of the Glass 2021-22 season, in which we dropped down from 6th to 10th. 2022-23 we started off well and he came back from injury in October 2022 and we started to take a nose dive in form under Goodwin - Barron started in 4-1 loss to rangers, 4-0 loss to DU, 1-0 (0 shots) to Celtic in lead up to Xmas. Played a good bit this season and we’ve been utter shite all season.

There always the possibility he looks shite in a shite team, or that he’s downed tools cos he isn’t signing a new deal, but for me he’s nowhere near as good as he thinks he is.

There was a spell where his old man was liking/retweeting stuff on twitter from accounts saying how good he is and how mental Robson was for not playing him every week as when he started we won. Well he’s now starting every week & look where we’re at.
