You’d like to think our best development player would be playing a bit more than 20 minutes over the course of the season. Whether it’s him or someone else. Point is we aren’t blooding many young players at the moment.

Ryan Duncan won development PotY last season and didn’t play a single minute for the first team. 

It’s the tier below Young PotY, Bavidge was still 16 until a few weeks ago.
