I had a 10 year battle with rheumatoid arthritis the pain of that was starting to take its toll on my mental well-being.

Lucky though to be on injections for 12 years that stop the inflammation from playing up again .

I can do everything I want to do without limits again and for that I'm thankful.

Osteo arthritis in both hands, after 4 yrs finally got steroid injections in April and for two weeks, I had no pain, for the first time I could remember in those 4 yrs,after those two weeks the effects wore off , and back to chronic pain  again
