Got a punchbag I want to get up and running

Want to put it in the shed but really don't want to have to buy a stand

Does any of this look remotely strong enough to hang it from?

The bracket I have was for a brick wall, so need alternatives for the wooden options

Ok so where do I hang it and which specific bit with which specific apparatus?

Eye bolt just right through the top beam?

That's the next issue though, max height it can be is 205cm and all the ones I can see are 210 minimum

Fix it to the piece of what looks like 2x2 that is the frame for the ceiling.

If that starts to weaken under the strain, then you will need to add a length of 4x2 horizontally parallel with the existing 2x2.

Either that or add a piece of 4x2 from floor to ceiling to reinforce the roof frame.

Or get a real man to do it 🥊

To be honest I think it won't take it at all, I've just went and pushed one of the "beams" and it moves

That roof will hold it no problem. 

Don't go near the joist. The middle of the board will be fine. 

The heavier bag the better.

Yeah lots of options. Like others say. Heavier the better. 3 rounds of 1 minute is a great workout.
