Do lady presenters on football or other sports encourage ladies to watch?

Do they discourage gentleman from watching (or listening)?

Watched some international games , highlights being the Columbian womens team singing their national anthem v England at the world cup and Pedro singing flower of Scotland v Belguim with that suit and white trainers.... and of course the headed equaliser 90 + 4 . All stirring stuff.

I was listening to five live during the Women's WC and they were discussing how to address "low pay" in the Women's game. Sam Kerr is "only" on £500K a year the poor wee thing. 

If they could just hold back from this type of chat and positively build the game then I'm sure a lot of the criticism would stop.
