Dons Daft
It seems he is unsettled in Holland so I really hope we try to get him. A proven prolific goal scorer in the spl, target man and someone who I have always believed would be a huge asset to the side. We need goals now particularly given our precarious league position. Ok we will have to wait till January but I think he would be worth waiting for. 2 Link to comment
DD1903
We could have Haaland in our team and we'd struggle to score goals, given how pish poor the tactics are Link to comment
Durrant Dived
He's nearly 33. The only way we should even slightly be looking at him is if it's a loan because one of our strikers is off is January. No permanent deal and to see us through to summer recruitment. Ps his name is Van Veen no De. Link to comment
DD1903
Just to also add…he’s not very good. Link to comment

Miovski, Duk, Gueye, Sokler, McGrath, Vinnie, Clarkson, Polvara all capable of scoring goals if given the chance Link to comment

Gueye has been a bizarre signing. As a club, we cannot afford to have a £500,000 signing sitting on the bench. The thing here though is who the fuck recommended him to AFC when evidently the lad has been struggling for any decent form over the last 2 years? A swap deal with Groningen in January for van Veen, with Gueye going in the opposite direction, would be the best outcome for all concerned. 1 Link to comment
Kincardine_Mearns_Red
Robson does not seem to do much with the strikers he has never mind bringing in more. Link to comment
ahead on alphabet
Mental. He'll be 33 by the time the next summer window comes round. Link to comment

We aren’t a small team like Cowdenbeath or Hearts, we can spend as much as we like. Link to comment

Aye, of that there is no doubt as you quite rightly say we aren't a small club (far bloody from it), but obviously AFC aren't getting any return whatsoever thus far for investing £500,000 to sign the lad. Simply Red
Thought he was good at M/well. Easy have him at Pittodrie Be amazed if we hold on to Miovski much longer. Get rid of the guys that never get a sniff. Weird how Sokler doesnt get more time even against shite. 1 Link to comment

Sokler and Gueye are quite clearly here for 6 to 12 months to settle in before duk and miovski leave It's a good strategy 1 Link to comment

Sokler has some nice touches and works hard. Needs a goal and he will be fine, even with the short minutes he gets. 1 Link to comment

You don't invest the sort of money we have (significant for a club of our size) unless the players have a future. I'm a little surprised they've not played more of a role up till now, but there's definitely a succession plan in place. Link to comment
