Dubai trip

Recommended Posts

Not sure if posted already but here’s what came up when afc met up with some wealthy reds out there

AFC Supporters meet up in Dubai

- Miovski will be sold next summer, unlikely this winter. Got a bid in excess of £6m before the start of the season but turned down because they’ll sell for more.

- Two lads currently on-loan haven’t worked out and will likely be shipped back in winter window.

- New stadium will be 16-17k seater because we can’t fill Pittodrie. Arguments why…

- AFC fucked up the cup final tickets by forgetting to activate the points system allocation online. It was around 80 tickets bought by huns

- AFC ruled out taking the cup final split to the court of arbitration because it could delay the final and funds being allocated to other clubs in Scotland through loss/delays of advertising

- AFC will vote to boot out VAR given the chance, it’s not worked how it should’ve.

- AFC met the referee association last week before the game and told only shirt pulling that prevents clear goal scoring opportunities would be given - the pen and the weekend wasn’t!

- Access to SPL/SFA decisions on referees is bombproof and AFC and other clubs have zero visibility how decisions are made.

- AFC would rather be winning games rather than winging about pens, VAR and other decisions they are not in control of.

- The lack of trophies an “absolute disgrace” and the focus is on getting back to winning ways and being the main contenders to the Old Firm

- AFC meeting the Emirates FA to seek funding/sponsorship this afternoon.

- Massive push on sponsorship, funding and merchandise to increase revenue says Burrows. Boosted by better performance domestically and in EU moving forward.

- AFC has intercepted a sponsorship deal that was destined for Ibrox but can’t elaborate at the moment.

- Two outstanding young lads coming through that’ve been tracked but several massive clubs staying at Pittodrie to develop and sell on eventually.

- Academy to be independently audited in December to ensure it’s a great as everyone says it is.

- AFC the leading voice of the SPL teams outside of the ugly sisters and the Edinburgh two. Hibs American owners looking to sell the club at the moment and Hearts owners/board to close to the SFA to rock the boat on any issues.

- AFC salaries this year to close around £12m with Hearts around £16m. AFC pay well but need to do better.

- AFC and the top half of the SPL (exc Ugly sisters) have access to the same level of talent when it comes to buying, and loan deals etc. The next talent level is Rangers and Celtic and the jump in salaries is massive. Can’t be reached without additional funding.

- Completely unacceptable to ship that many goals against Celtic these days - no conversations on the management team future.

Fascinating. How on earth do hearts pay 33% more than us. Who have they got on over inflated salaries? 6 million bid rejected before start of season on miovski is ballsy. Are we sure goldson wasn’t going to have a clear opportunity there to get himself on to end of that corner?

Most of our team last season was loan players, may go some way to explaining that one

All good info apart from the stadium. If we build smaller than we already have it’s very backwards thinking

There's no chance this could've been six million up front. If they genuinely turned this down it must've been heavily boosted by add-ons.

- Two lads currently on-loan haven’t worked out and will likely be shipped back in winter window. Dadia & Williams obviously.

- New stadium will be 16-17k seater because we can’t fill Pittodrie. Arguments why… 18,000 would be about right.

- AFC fucked up the cup final tickets by forgetting to activate the points system allocation online. It was around 80 tickets bought by huns  Let the cunts in…

- AFC ruled out taking the cup final split to the court of arbitration because it could delay the final and funds being allocated to other clubs in Scotland through loss/delays of advertising All the clubs need to badger & harass the SFA/SPFL, & not let them away with it.

- AFC will vote to boot out VAR given the chance, it’s not worked how it should’ve. It’s NOT VAR. The officials are VAR. They’re the issue. Hun bastards running it.

- AFC met the referee association last week before the game and told only shirt pulling that prevents clear goal scoring opportunities would be given - the pen and the weekend wasn’t! Andrew Dallas. Known hun bastard. Another issue the clubs shouldn’t accept.

- Access to SPL/SFA decisions on referees is bombproof and AFC and other clubs have zero visibility how decisions are made. Unacceptable. Again, clubs need to “gang up”

- AFC would rather be winning games rather than winging about pens, VAR and other decisions they are not in control of.

- The lack of trophies an “absolute disgrace” and the focus is on getting back to winning ways and being the main contenders to the Old Firm Need action, not words. Currently 10th.

- AFC meeting the Emirates FA to seek funding/sponsorship this afternoon.

This is a big one and it’s time it was called out even stronger than RG did in his P&J column

The Huns were toiling last week but between Walsh and Dallas, two known hun bastards, they colluded to give Sevco a last minute pen

If that is true about shirt pulls / goal scoring opportunities all the largely non match going wallopers on here who couldn’t wait to stick the boot in again should apologise

The club should just publicly send a clip of every single unpunished shirt pull in the box for the rest of the season to the SFA to highlight how corrupt they are

My understanding is that hearts benefactor pumped in 6m last season. They always go on about attendances but in reality a few k extra a game isn’t worth nearly much as people suspect as documented above. Few 100k here and their is fuk all in football terms.

My mates loon plays for hearts u16 and says that Boyd is the best at that level across all the teams.

haven’ heard about Victor Enem

Who’s your mates loon? Boyd is definitely a talent. Victor is a right back. I’m guessing his physical data is similar to Ramsay and that’s why they think they’ll make money on him as he’s pretty poor in terms of actual football ability.

I saw the messages on the what's app group thing and one was definitely Fletcher Boyd.  The other was a more international name, someone I hadn't heard of from our youth set up.

Good Portsoy loon Fletcher.

Just read his academy bio:

"He can play up front or as an attacking midfielder and is very fast, so can be equally effective in the wide areas or through the middle. It is his impact in the final third that is key"

Portsoy...up front or attacking midfielder...very fast..impact in thr final third is key...

Is he the second coming??
