However the performance has been dismal in league play so disjointed. Some good results in europe and lucked into a scottish final has saved him neck todate. None of our recent managerial appointees had experience of turning a bad run around, especially not the two inexperienced incumbents. He might limp on to the County game whilst the FMB get their act together but that was a real end of days performance today. Should never have matched up against them in a 3 at the back in the first place. Robinson has beaten better Aberdeen teams than this by just doing the basics rightand being aggressive and streetwise. Thing is they didn't really have to do much to win that game apart from win their basic challenges. Should have changed to a back 4 as soon as they put 3 up against our back 3. Shinnie looked completely lost from the start as did Duk. Subs and formation change should have been made at half time at the very latest. Couldn't believe the same 11 ran out for the second half in the same formation. First 3 subs were absolutely wild when they did come on. We had McGarry in a back 3 for a bit when he should have been one of the first ones subbed. Absolutely bonkers stuff. Nobody in the team knew where they were supposed to be playing, let alone the crowd. Thing is, he's made his own downfall by being stubborn and not changing system when we've struggled in the league using it all season. We've had plenty of chances to change it before now. Pishing with rain and freezing to boot. Shite. Link to comment
