Then what's the point if you are already using a barcode/QR code reader? You pay online in about 30 secs and then scan your phone to get in. It's a piece of piss.

If you had a card reader then it would be fucking chaos in my opinion. You would need someone to man each one. Nayax would be no good here.

We seem to manage to sell plenty of pies inside the ground using this card payment malarkey. 

Just get someone handing over tickets instead of pies outside the ground and Bob's your uncle

The demographic of cruise ship passengers will have little to no interest in seeing football unless it’s champions league game and that’s a stretch.

It would be handy for attracting new fans and visitors to the city to games though. 

Certainly a lot more convenient than having to set up a Dons id, buy a ticket then collect it from a bothy if you just fancied going to a random game on the spur of the moment.
