Money going to the TOP clubs like you've said, transfer fees rising to ridiculous amounts, wages rising to ridiculous amounts, agents stealing much of the money for themsleves which will never go back into the game. Basically something has tp be done about it or more clubs will follow very quickly. I suppose you could say it's Leeds' fault for overspending but the real problem lies within the game itself, it's got out of control. Can anyone really say that players deserve to earn thousands of pounds a week! Don't think so. Link to comment

His blatant financial mismanagement throwing money at players transfer fees and wages, which Leeds certainly did not have, on the hope he was a forming a team capable of winning the Champions league. Unbelievable that he is still allowed to work in football. On a second note, its shocking that people take pleasure in seeing any club go to the wall, let alone one with history such as Leeds. Much as I have no love for Rangers, Hibs, Hearts, Celtic, etc there is no way I'd like to see any of them go under. These are the competition, the teams I take most out of Aberdeen stuffing, and are a major part of Scottish football history. We're not sitting in the best position financially ourselves, so lets maybe get our ship in order before we end up in a similar scenario. Link to comment

Dundee ? although Manchester are not the oldest United - Rotherham United predate Manchester United by 8 years - as Newton Heath - and didn't become Man Utd FC until April 1902, so they really shouldn't be the only "united" that honour really belongs to the first United - Rotherham !!!! as for Leeds ? living the dream gets you no where , Chelsea, Hearts beware, and when the yanks get bored of Manchester & Liverpool the same could apply Link to comment
