Its all glass panelling in Barcelona colours. Imagine the floodlights/stadium lights blasting through it. You'd see it miles away. Looks potentially amazing.

 

The paneling looks very similar in shape to that of the "Gherkin" in London, which on paper looked sh*t, but in real life is a spectacular skyline landmark, reflecting the Sun at all different angles. Foster knows his stuff. Brilliant.

Artists impressions don't really do his visions justice. If this gets the go ahead, it will be nothing like a cartoon.

I like it aswell. Only problem i can see is maybe problems with reflecting light and players losing ball in the air but then again it happens with floodlights aswell.

Never saw the Gherkin on paper but it's a cracker. just think this one could be a bit similar to the Allianz Arena, which looks fine during the day but when lit up at night is a bit much on the eye. Looks fine on the inside though, and the roof might keep whatever noise is made inside.

Not too big a fan of the proposed new look but will no doubt be a billion billion times better then the tin shed we'll end up with!

20,000 seats double decked all the way round, close to the pitch.

Think McDiarmid Park but twice the size. Nae exactly a captivating sight.
