Clicky Now, I'm no architect, but the outside looks ***king honking! Its all glass panelling in Barcelona colours. Imagine the floodlights/stadium lights blasting through it. You'd see it miles away. Looks potentially amazing. The paneling looks very similar in shape to that of the "Gherkin" in London, which on paper looked sh*t, but in real life is a spectacular skyline landmark, reflecting the Sun at all different angles. Foster knows his stuff. Brilliant. Link to comment

Guest LondonScottish
Looks really smart and clever but too much like it was made for a cartoon. [/ Artists impressions don't really do his visions justice. If this gets the go ahead, it will be nothing like a cartoon. Link to comment
K-9
I like it aswell. Only problem i can see is maybe problems with reflecting light and players losing ball in the air but then again it happens with floodlights aswell. Link to comment

Never saw the Gherkin on paper but it's a cracker. just think this one could be a bit similar to the Allianz Arena, which looks fine during the day but when lit up at night is a bit much on the eye. Looks fine on the inside though, and the roof might keep whatever noise is made inside. Link to comment

paulkaneatemyhamster
Don't suppose anyone's been to Millwalls new ground , well i say new, but The New Den 20,000 seats double decked all the way round, close to the pitch. good wee ground. cost 16m to build in 1993. Link to comment
