Where Eagles Dare currently on BBC2. Proper mannies film with Nazis, shootouts, Richard Burton (legendary drinker), Clint Eastwood and some bird with big tit's.

Favourite war movie 🇨🇳🤔

It’s an absolute classic. Burton was cool af. Also great in wild geese (with Richard Harris), as mercenaries. Shagging Lizzy T before she was a big roly poly would have been quite enjoyable too i imagine.

The eagle has landed is another classic ww2 movie along with others mentioned already.

You're just googling war films now.

Away man, I was brought up on a diet of War and Cowboy films courtesy of my Grandad!

From John Wayne, Randolph Scott, Jack Hawkins (Cruel Sea and Zulu), Robert Mitchum (Enemy Below), Richard Harris (Major Dundee, Unforgiven) and Alan Ladd (Shane), I have watched countless films!

Two of the best war movies ever made, right there.

Too many to choose from but Saving Private Ryan, Longest Day and Battle of Britain are certainly up there.

Scene in Private Ryan where they are fighting in the room and the guy is slowly going up the stairs as the guy gets a stabbed is harrowing and frustrating in equal measures!

You?

Few good choices Gents....this all day long for me...Attenborough ...the casting..Hopkins😎..100% bang on factual..20250130-184733.jpg
