dazzy_deff
Made the dreaded mistake of betting on Aberdeen. Kiss of death from Dazzy. Hope we can have a good end to the season and get into these fairmers today. Hayes and Foran out, hopefully thats a big loss to them. Link to comment

dazzy_deff
What's our team news today? Not going.Considine a doubt according to the paper yesterday. Not sure if there is anything different from the Hamilton game other than that. Might mean Shaughnessy gets a chance at the back. Only thing is it will be alongside Plug. Not the ideal partner for a youngster making his debut at centre half. Link to comment
RUL
Langfield fit? Think it will be a draw today, be surprised if we lost. Are Alba covering it? May get a live stream if so? Link to comment

Fair play to them... that's an awkward journey to make from the east coast. I'd far rather see Dunfermline in the premier, than the likes of St. Johnstone and Hamilton. Link to comment
Jazzer_Bett
Dunfy have a town that actually supports them which is a rarity these days. Good away day delighted they are back. Bert Paton will have his baseball cap on today Link to comment
RUL
Good win for the dons, well in lads. Link to comment
tightbreeks
good, a win at last. The dunfermline support makes me think that if we were challenging for the league, we would get an amazing support, with or without the backward mongs from glasgow. gerrimtaefuk. Link to comment
OddJob
Turgid game but a wins a win i suppose. One thing for sure is Diamond has played his last game for us, f**king dreadful performance and incredibly as bad as Vuja is he actually baled him out today, says it all really. Lack of movement at times again today and we are also clearly missing a right hard as nails c**t in the middle of the park. Link to comment
ScottishJohn
Vujadinovic deserved MOTM as he had to cover for Diamond so many times. Link to comment
Sonoftherock
6,200-odd at the game today. It's saddening how far we've fallen. Link to comment

Sonoftherock
That's not bad for a pre season friendly. Personel-wise, if our team even so much as resembles that line-up by the time pre-season rolls around, they'll need to get used to attendances of 6,000-odd. Incidentally, how many season ticket holders do we have? Some of them must have failed to turn up.... Link to comment
K-9
Utterly shocking game of football but we deserved the reesult as Inverness were far more shocking than us, despite us being pretty woeful aswell. Thought Aluko probably our best player but only showed in couple of flashes. Paton was beyond shocking!! Link to comment
Liam
Thought it was a great jesture by Brown to hand Derek Young the armband. A nice send-off to a very hardworking pro. Wish him all the best next season and beyond. On the game - thought we were the better side in a poor match. Created some decent chances, and Langfield only really had one save to make. Thought Vuja and Aluko had good games, but the sooner we get Diamond out of that team the better. He reminds me more and more of Jerel Ifil every week (apart from the obvious appearance differences) Also thought Pawlett looked lively when he came on. Hes been unlucky with injuries but he could be an important player for us next season. As was stated though, this was nothing short of a pre-season friendly for us. Hopefully Brown can add some quality to the team and we can kick on for next season. (ever the optimist) Link to comment

rossafc92
Just heard Peter Pawlett's interview on RedTV. Think it's the first time I've heard an English accent with an Aberdonian tinge. Good to get the win today though and delighted that Pawlett got his first goal. Think there's a good framework of a side there for Brown to work with if Maguire, Aluko and Smith stay. Link to comment
