Can remember walking round the ground (inside) to get to our end, eating my pizza and chips and Johnny Boy popped up to score.

 

Davie Hay was their manager at the time and I can remember them putting us under a fair amount of pressure for most of the game.

I was at that game, weather was good what a bounce when we scored. Dons fans were in the shed from the half way line round to where we sit now.

I was playing a school scottish cup tie down in motherwell for Kincorth Academy in the morning and then they paid for us to watch the dons at fir park can't remember much about the game except for hewitt's goal.

My Dad was there and was late for the game! From that day on, ie throughout my childhood, we would get to our seats at least 30 minutes before ko and he would cite the story of the Hewitt goal at Fir Park.
