I'm a little underwhelmed. I think everything written on those documents are things we've already known previously.

The legal nitty gritty has been doing the rounds for some time, but the ''prepared to let the club go under'' statement could cause a civil war to erupt amongst the proles.

The proles are the key bebo.

It's not a credible source anymore that site-the chat is it's just a bitter tim making shite up.

RTC might not be a credible source in parts, but there is no way in hell that document is made up.

A Tim drafting part of a fake summons, drafting it like exactly like a solicitor would, signing it in the way a solicitor would. It might be an old draft - but its not made up.

If the court agrees to freeze Rangers assets it could cause mass panic, riots in the streets even:

It would also require some degree of intellect. And whilst many a Tim will have experienced receiving a judicial summons their high rates of illiteracy stop them from understanding the content of such a letter.

Statement From Rangers Released Just Now:

"The problems Rangers Football Club is now having to deal with are historic and the chairman is committed to resolving the issues that are a direct and unwanted legacy of the previous regime," a spokesperson said.

"The ludicrous coverage over the last couple of days regarding the payment of a minor sum of money to a lawyer and now this latest, and illegal, leak of court papers indicates a whispering campaign by people determined to damage the club.

"They will not deter us from the difficult task that lies ahead."

Paranoia: A psychosis characterised by systematised delusions of persecution with no base in fact.

When you say "the chat" what are you referring to? Because the contributors have made a very convincing case and I really fail to see how anyone can read all he content along with the documents handling the changes in debt etc and believe it's all made up. On top of that the thousands of comments added by people who are in the know about various aspects of the financial situation of the club, of Whyte, the HMRC case, lloyds etc etc it's very evident that a lot is badly badly wrong at RFC right now.

boooooom the bit that shows its legit is

Rangers have condemned a "whispering campaign" against the club after what they describe as an "illegal leak of court papers".

now if the documents were made up or false then they would deny these are true

they are simply saying that they are an illegal leak

not one bit of denial in their statment

could mr Bane be the sports personality of the year

Heard a very massive whisper from a very good source today, that the Hun are simply waiting until they are a ways behind the Tim, and they will play the administration card, and walk from their tax bill, and take the (irrelevant) points deduction. chunts.

The issue with this is that Rangers have assets of £70m, including Ibrox and Murray Park. Surely both would have to be sold off to cover debts?. Dundee, Motherwell and Livingston didn't have enough assests to cover debt if memory serves me right.

The SPL rules are 10 Points, and a ban on signing players. Totally insufficient for clubs entering Administration...

It's a risky strategy as they would not be able to play in Europe though whilst in administration or sign any new players and I'm sure the administrators would have the power to sell any players that would be deemed an asset to recoup funds.

Also could Craig Whyte continue as owner if they go into administration?
