Because there's no competitive nature the fans have lost interest. Maybe the yanks who many, including myself, have derided for so long, have got it right? American sports are designed to promote competition and a level playing field. The one major problem I have with American sports is the lack of roots. They'll take a club and happily move it out of the city, down to the last brick. Scottish fitba is a closed shop of corruption, deliberate bias and institutionalised inequity. Nothing will change until the clubs (non-OF) grow the balls to sever all ties with the current ruling body/ies and kick the OF out of the set up. And given the clubs are run by guys with no balls and less brains, that's never going to happen. Link to comment

They couldn't guarantee that it was done by Don's fans exclusively. Surely would have been easy enough to send one out to everyone on the database if they really wanted their opinions.
