st nicolas n prancr droapd ez aff doon eh chimny ither nicht buc..ony gade?.. affa techt oan eh celvs

You need to customise them nowadays though and cut holes in the back (as the poncy footballers do) this rendering the whole compression part of the long socks redundant- will help with the techt celvs

In the market for a new fitness/smart watch. Probably stick to a Garmin.

Main uses being Running/Swimming/Pumping iron

Any recommendations from my fellow athletes?

Move more, eat less. Fancy gadgets are for queers like Piddler.

Any of the Forerunner series will give you multisport.

255 are good. 965 if you fancy splashing out.

Fenix 7 or Epix are good.

An old boss of mine would regularly be seen pacing around the office in an attempt to 'hit 10000 steps'.

I put my smartwatch on my dog and when i get home at night hes sometimes done 90000+ steps which i’ll post on social media as if ive done it.

I've been running since the 80s never once had a heart rate monitor or any other fancy gadgets .

Had a £5 stop watch for reps and time trials .

Didn't ever wear a watch for any races I ever done over the years .

You can only train with how you feel on the day.

A garmin wouldn't even know how to work it. 😆 .

Training at any age is the best thing anyone can do.

Well done 1903.

No disrespect Edwin but I reckon I’d smoke you, even in your prime.
