I look at this now and at the time thought Stockley was fucking garbage.

 

However, skip forward a year - I would certainly have started him more than I would May if the latters performances recently are anything to go by.

 

That said, service into the box also required for Stockley, and we simply don't have that.

 

It's partly the reason I want to keep Stewart, as I do believe he will provide some service to our strikers next season.

 

We are lacking in that department however.

 

May in behind our striker, is probably the better idea, whether or not that's Rooney, I don't know.

So our two main strikers, who are both on the pitch together fairly often, don't bother to try and work up an understanding of each other's movement, where they like the ball,which foot etc in training?
