Out - Langfield, McArdle, Mawene, Reynolds (dont want him to go), Arnason, Fyvie, Mackie, Paton, Magennis, Uchechi, Chalali = 11 out

Brown & Knox can go too

In - Right back, back up goalie, back up centre half, left mid/winger & quick striker - as a minimum 5 in.

Also promote a couple of the U-19's - try 2 or 3 of them in the last 5 games to give them experience and to see if they have got what it takes.

GET RID OF EVERYONE ELSE INCLUDING THE MANAGEMENT TEAM.

I don't like the idea of constantly axing managers as a means of trying to find success, however I feel that the main 'out' has to be the management team. It doesn't matter who Brown brings in, I can't trust him to play a system that will make us any better than we currently are. He had the opportunity last summer and this January to address our attacking issues, yet chose to over-inflate the midfield. There is no evidence to suggest that he will address the same issues now that we were facing this time last year.

Out for me would be:

Langfield

McArdle (would see if a proper RB is available. His wage could go towards that)

Folly

Mawene

Clark

Mackie

Arnason (would keep him if he lowered his demands and sorted his head out)

Pawlett ( I know he's got growing pains, but we can't wait on him. Heard he may get a couple more years till growing finishes as club has high hopes for him)

Fyvie (cash in when we can. He doesn't want to be here)

Chalali (not worked out and attacking instincts nullified by B&K)

Paton

Magennis (utter root and a bull in a china shop)

Uchechi (seen nothing of him, but it looks like he's nae up to it)

Keep

McArdle (I know I said get rid, but if we can't get certain targets he may be needed)

Reynolds (good player and would enhance our defence)

Considine (but he needs to buck up his ideas IMO. Slower than an arctic lorry at turning and still making mistakes)

Milsom

Vernon

Arnason (would keep, if lowered demands and sorted out his head)

Robertson

Fallon (dont mind him that much, able back up)

Osbourne

Hughes

Jack

Megginson

Anderson

Rae

Brown

So that leaves some pretty big holes in the squad to be filled.

A couple of FB's, a couple of natural wide players to provide width and an attacking urgency and a decent striker to play off of Vernon.

The promotion of youth is important too IMO.

If we've got good lads coming through we've got to get them involved regularly.

Good enough old enough and I'd be looking at experienced prob's like Anderson, Brown and Rae to guide them.

LB

RM

Rae

Hughes

LM

Vernon

So, in my opinion we weed 5 starting line-up players. Anyone not on the above list can get horsed. Not good enough.

We are wasting Jack by playing him at full back or on the wing. We need to sign full backs and two wide players and then play Jack in centre mid.

Our massive problem is lack of width.

Every year it becomes more of a vicious circle and harder to attract players.

We are one of the most unattractive propositions in British Football these days.

Dont think thats the problem, its the players we actually go for.

We sign the likes of Fallon, Chalali, Uchechi, Clark and Mawene while other clubs are picking up Cillian Sheridan and Sandaza, Ojamaa, Nicky Law, Hasselbaink...

None of these would be out of our price range, all of them are a lot better than the people we signed. Brown turned down the chance to sign Ojamaa in favour of Chalali, says it all to me really.

I couldn't give a fuck who comes in or out so long as Mackie goes.

If he is in another squad this season it shows AFC for what they are.

Tell him he's gone today with immediate effect.

its simple, we need 2 wide midfielders, another striker, a right back and at least 1 creative central midfielder. there was mare creativity in steven hawkings legs than in that midfield on saturday.

OUT:

clark

uchechi

mawene

folly

langfield

paton

magennis

possibly should put more faith in c.robertson at LB after all he can only get better and we have to put some faith in our youth. think we would still need another LB though to give him a bit of competition and back up

yes compared to premier league, championship, and half of league one simply because they can afford higher wages and from there they can improve and move up to good and exciting leagues.
