Speaking of breakfast, I have now mastered the jumbo oats breaking of fast.

 

50g of jumbo oats

150ml semi skmmed milk

50ml cold water

Large spoon of natural yoghurt

 

Mixed up and left to soak in fridge overnight,

 

Add 10g of Chia seed, micro for 2 minutes. and then a handful of blueberries.

 

 

 

Back on topic, lunch will be a simple affair today, undecided but there will be no valour or tribute today.
