I thought that they scrapped prosecuting for posting a distasteful comment and you had to be threatening

someone before the law got involved.

Sick jokes have been on the go for a long time and courts would simply not have the resources to deal with the

numbers of people getting charged because some got offended and reported them.

It’s quite ironic that a complaint was made by fans of a club famed for their Lisbon Lions chants
