Fife Don
Walter Smith can G.T.F if he takes the Hun job!!!!!!! Why would he want to leave the National side when we are sitting top of the Group, plus had one of our greatest victories in our History by beating France, to go to the Huns, who are going nowhere, who have ***** players, going to win **** all, what else is he going to achieve there? There no going to get very far in the UEFA cup, that's for sure, with the squad of ***** thats already there. Link to comment
Staropramen
So, has Smith actually taken this job or not? The BBC are leading with this "Dream Team" story, and that they are taking over at Ibrox, but yet in the same story they state that the SFA say that Sir-No-legs-b*st*rd hasn't been in contact with them. Going back to the huns would be a backward step for. Theres no doubt about that. After winning 9 in a row, hes hardley going to top that, and will never achieve anything that he hasnt already done. He'd be MAD to walk away from the Scotland job now, especially seeing as he has come into it at a time when we have the best group of players we've had in a generation. Link to comment

noelsbeard
Smith's situation is win/win. If Scotland don't qualify then everyone will say if Smith was in charge we would have. If they do qualify then everyone will say it's all because of Smith's start to the campaign. He's a fud. Link to comment

Dandyesque
"repeating the achievement" of the U-17 girls? Surely "emulating" would be a more appropriate word under the circumstances? Link to comment
