I'm at the end of my tether with some colleagues at the moment. The standard of people working on critical software is a joke sometimes. Some bint who claimed to have used Unix the whole way through Uni was watching me working and asked what -r does when I was grepping. I thought I was going to be sick. Link to comment

If you don't need it, don't do it. That's my entire philosophy in what is a royal pain in the arse. It's also quite expensive unless you have an employer paying for the classes. Link to comment
