I stopped the cigs after 25 years but my addiction has just transferred across to Vaping. But I'm sure it's the lesser of two evils.. I bought some CBD (cannabis extract) eliquid, doesn't get you stoned but a lot of people swear by it for medical reasons. Fucking expensive though.
