ericblack4boss
I was hearing yesterday that there are real concerns for Considines career, also he has apparently said that all the players are buzzing in training now EVRYONE wants to play now and that McInnes is a breathe of fresh air in the place. my side would be weaver.Shaugnessy, Reynolds, Hector, Considine Jack, Flood, Pawlett, Hayes McGinn, Vernon. subs Rodgers, Roberston, Wylde, Magennis. Huntlysheep
Think vernon will be gone by September 2nd, McInnes don't seem to rate him. Link to comment
Roo
Considering heading down to Edinburgh for this if I can haul someone to the game with me I think it'll be a tricky but entertaining game, hopefully the boys can get their heads up again after yesterday 1 1 Link to comment

WillemVan
I quite like Zola, thought he showed some nice touches and link up play on Saturday. Can't understand why people have written him off. Vernon wouldn't get near my team, his time at the dons is up. Also I would give Hayes a rest and start Wylde as he looked the part when he came on. Link to comment
Kilkito
I think this Zola debate is going to happen week in week out, as he seems to split opinions. Personally I can't for the life of me see how anyone can view him positively, there was no good link up play on Saturday, and I think it was a big mistake to play him. I assume many think he's rusty, not yet up to speed etc I fear you are wrong, and all he can give is what we are seeing. My guess is another 6 odd weeks when people realise he isn't going to improve, criticism will increase. I hope I'm wrong. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD Link to comment

I hope I'm wrong. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD Don't think it's fair to say that about him from yesterday's game. Nobody in a Dons shirt was near him when he was receiving the ball. The second he got it into feet there were two Celtic players on him. Agree with you on it being a mistake to play him though, thought the energy of a player who was perhaps that bit fitter would've been of more use, Magennis for example. Link to comment
tup
He looks like a young Lennox Lewis. I think he has potential, to say he did nothing is incorrect, he held the ball up well, and had an excellent turn and pass to play Hayes in early in the match. Link to comment
Kilkito
I agree he had a hard job to do, but as Ross says, we needed someone mobile to do that job. It's ok to have different opinions, I've seen all 3 of his matches so far, and I'm pretty sure time will show he's pish, as I say I hope I'm wrong. I saw Tommy Wright and Chalali make there debuts as subs and knew they were gash, and I think Wright only had 5 minutes and Chalali about 20. 3 games is enough to be able to confirm my opinion on Zola. minijc
I'll make it clear now that I have nothing against Zola I just think it's time for Vernon to get a chance, it's only fair especially when we are playing that mug magennis Link to comment
WillemVan
Maybe my eyes were deceiving me but I'm sure he had a few nice lay offs to support our attacks, won a few headers and played a lovely ball to release Hayes. Anyone with half a footballing brain could see he offers much more than Vernon. 1 Link to comment

WillemVan
Also it's time to play our wingers on the correct wing. One of our better chances on sat was ruined when Pawlett couldn't cross with his left and Hayes always struggles to deliver quality crosses with his right. Link to comment
King Street Loon
I'd persevere with Zola, The team are learning about him and he's learning about the team. It's going to take time to adapt and work. As for the rumours about Vernon Tup.Fit you heard min?I heard he'd been told to find a new club. Link to comment
