Guest RosemountRed
Our last game before the split, and surely a very good opportunity to get a big crowd in to Pittodrie, anything under 15,000 would be a disappointment, so hope everyone who can go heads along. Dundee United are poor at the back, they have conceded 46 in 31 while we have only conceded 28 in 32 (8 of those to one team). We have also now scored more goals than united with us on 53 and them on 52. They are on a terrible run of form after collapsing and selling Armstrong and GMS to the Tims, they have won only 2 out of their last 10 whilst we have won 6 out of our last 10. I would go with an attacking creative line-up, as follows. Brown Logan Taylor Reynolds Considine McGinn Jack McLean Hayes Goodwillie Rooney A simple 442, get men in the box. Link to comment

Tord31
McLean should be further forward or on the bench. I felt he wasn't suited to playing further back against Killie Link to comment
RAZOR
McGinns 10th assist yesterday and now the top assister in the league. Perhaps another game to give Shankland a go. Would imagine Taylor will come back in. Link to comment

Seemed to be looking for passes that he wasn't in the position for. Looked competent but not as effective as if he'd been further up the pitch. BroonLogan Taylor Reynolds ConsiFlood Robson (hopefully Jack if fit)McGinn MacLean HayesRooney I'm not really keen on dropping Pawlett again and I'd like to have Goodie play and shut the pikeys up but MacLean's too valuable for me and there's no way I could drop Rooney. tup
I'd be looking to break Rodgers' loan for this game, Dumbarton's plight is irrelevant, we need to just launch him in, can't be any worse than the other pair. 1 Link to comment

The Cockney Don
Certain starters for me : Brown - Logan - Taylor - Reynolds - Considine - Jack - McGinn - Hayes - Rooney. Then two out of : Flood - Robson - McLean - Pawlett - Badwillie. Langfield - Daniels - Smith - Shankland to join the three on the bench who don`t make the starting eleven . We`ll beat em by a couple . Link to comment

Brown Logan Taylor Daniels Consi Hayes Jack McLean Goodwillie Rooney McGinn A ken Reynolds hasn't been his usual reliable self this season but I certainly wouldn't drop him for that useless fkr Daniels. Did you actually watch his last game. Just cos he got an assist doesn't mean he had a good game. He was fkn rotten (at his main job) Edit.. changed so nobody queried who the fuck Ken Reynolds was Link to comment

He isn't playing well and needs a kick up the back side. 1 Link to comment

He isn't playing well and needs a kick up the back side at least a semi competent Goalkeeper (Brown) behind him, and preferably a fully competent Goalkeeper behind him. And somebody more vocal to carry the armband. Fixed that for you. Actually, an interesting thought occurred to me. If he has a competent real life actual left back next to him in Shinnie that will push him more central. Will that be to his benefit or will it be a negative for him. Think how many times he fills that left back area when Considine lopes off up the wing? (which for a man of his build and basic skill level he has done remarkably well incidentally so that's not a dig at the dongmeister either). Link to comment
