caledonia
Have got myself one of these Amazon Fire sticks, already had kodi on my laptop but fed up of all the wires connecting my laptop to my telly. Has anyone figured out how to have kodi and TVMC on the main homescreen rather than having to access through the system/manage applications section? Ta yes follow this guide from 7.40 Link to comment

Redforever86
You can use this to find Copa America, not with English commentary however. Search for the Portuguese TV 3 Sport. Also on a couple of South American channels. Link to comment
King Street Loon
follow this guide from this guy that sounds like the xfactor guy (it goes clear after a few seconds) It will show you how to install tvaddons (basically its all already preinstalled) and also do the live tv thing as you will get around 70 sports channels as well as the others including sky/bt/real madrid/man u etc etc)live tv is a hit or miss but all the box office movies for me have worked so far (streaming with the tvaddons) Followed this Geordie lad's turorial and installed the tvaddons at the weekend. Superb...it gives you pretty much everything you could want - all sports & films etc. Watched "12 Years a Slave" last night and it streamed flawlessly. Thanks! Got my stick today.Did you guys find it easy to install tvaddons?I've hit a brick wall as ADB won't run and it won't connect to the device.Fucking annoying!! Link to comment
Redstar
Got an email informing me that they've managed to bring forward the despatch date and the stick is in the post...I'm guessing with all the Paedo's now under lock and key there is a glut of unemployed oriental children who need work...the Paedo's loss is Amazons gain. Redforever86
Yes. I've been using a RaspberryPi with raspmbc for over a year. The stick is faster and slicker. The new(ish) Raspberry Pi B 2, is faster and OSMC is also a lot smoother than Raspbmc. Not saying it's faster than the Amazon stick but it's more than acceptable speed now. Link to comment
