Cannot see any way out of this rut we're in unless there's some serious movement in January, or McInnes is given his jotters (which won't happen, as the board are more likely to suck him off before telling him to fuck off). From a team who couldn`t stop winning, even if not always convincingly, and who destroyed Hearts in the first half at Tynecastle, to a team who appear likely to lose regardless of the opposition. It has to be a combination of players collectively off form as well as an element of mismanagement. We will definitely need to invest in January starting with a defender who understands the basic requirements and a dominating, hard tackling midfielder. Easier said than done, but lets not forget how teams like ICT, County and Hamilton are able to improve their teams year on year with apparently lower budgets. Its baffling. As I said last week, we owe McInnes time but the clock is ticking.... Link to comment

He is supposed to know hoe to create the most effective formations and get the best out of his players. After a certain period if he can`t stop the slide he will be under intense scrutiny. Haha, what a drama queen I am. McInnes is god and we're going to win the league. On a serious note, that was an excellent second half. Total contrast to the first. Everyone was pish in the first half, everyone played really well in the second. McInnes must have threatened to shag all their wives and girlfriends at half-time. Link to comment
northernlights Posted November 28, 2015 Share Posted November 28, 2015 Game of two halves if ever there was one! We looked utterly hopeless for the first. County are a physical side and you can see why we went 4-4-2 especially after last week. Great second half though - tactical changes and the fresh impetus combined for a comfortable win. Willo has won a regular start in the team and perhaps Quinn as well. Hopefully the heads will stay up now. COYR! Link to comment
