Said this before but this is hands down the worst Scotland squad to date. Absolutely embarrassing. Forget todays result, we've been terrible throughout. Just at a quick glance - players like Calum Paterson, James Forest, Leigh Griffiths, James McArthur, Berra and Hanley - good god its bad. You cannot genuinely believe we have any chance of qualifying. We've had some brilliant players in the past even as recent as the past 10 years - how things have changed.

Apologies its been longer than 10 years but thats the point. We've been without decent players for far to long. The last decent team we had was at the world cup 98.

Aye he was probably our best player at that time which doesn't say much when you look at the dross that was around him. We relied too much on him at times.
