TheRock
Not convinced McKenna is the answer to our defensive problems yet but two games and two clean sheets, especially up against two form goalscorers, is not bad going Link to comment

V for Vendetta
Great day. Two weeks off then two massive games - HIbs away, Tims home... A long break with us sitting nicely at the top and all the focus that entails then 2 very tough games to come back to. Just the sort of thing that's tended to see us wilt a bit under the pressure/expectation in the past. Hopefully this team is ready to embrace it, 2 weeks to work on further improving the understanding in the team and then come out and smash it in both those games. Link to comment
Dal Riata Don
Really pleased with this. St Johnstone were poor but beyond that, we played really well. Another good outing for McKenna, Anderson proving me wrong and Logan had his best game so far this season I think. Well done DM and of course Mr. Rooney. Link to comment

Dandie1992
I think we've got an enhanced shot at Celtic on the 25th at home. They'll have players on international duty, then playing Hibs again and Bayern Munich in the 11 days between the next round of fixtures and us. Solid win against Hibs and that should really set us up. Link to comment

Singapore Steve
Very happy with that tonight. Mckenna played well i thought so happy for him to keep his place in the team. I guess the main talking point was Frank Mcdougal. He mentioned that it was his first his first visit to Pittodrie in ages and he was here today in the role of club ambassidor.....with Joe Harper as his mentor. Was only going to end one way. He sounded completely pissed anytime he spoke, a dull, rough weegie sound from him. Was funny as fuck but it will be the last we will hear of him on Red tv I guess., The one-word answers.....the times you thought he had fallen asleep or the time i thought he had died live on air with his coughing fit. Red TV was quality tonight. Link to comment
King Street Loon
The Rooney and May partnership has been dismal so far so let's hope for something better today. McInnes obviously hoping Rooney comes good but can't help thinking that like Reynolds he is yesterday's man.Tee hee, he sure showed you. Link to comment

stirlingshen
You don't wanna overhype the guy too early but hard not to be really encouraged by McKennas performances. Won every single battle today and looks to be more physical than Ash Taylor without the bomb scare factor Link to comment
King Street Loon
Not a single failure in a Red shirt today.McLean, May and Stewart acceptable, the rest were excellent.Pleasing to see Rooney showing that he is still the best penalty box predator we have and sticking the bird up to some doubters. Crossbow
Happy to say I called that wrong with Rooney - Rooney does what he does - good game all round - we have a centre of defence to give us confidence and not fear. Two wins and our strut is back - bring it on. Link to comment
