vanderark14
Again. Not going to be a popular view but the better side are clearly winning. We are extremely lucky to be where we are in the league. Yes we are there because we have done so well against 'the rest' in the league but we have been very fortunate to get results in a good few. Especially early on in season, where we scraped a few wins that could easily have been draws or losses. I think our league position flatters to deceive really.Blame should lay 100% with McInnes for failure to strengthen or midfield when we clearly needed it. Not just after he loaned out Tansey but the whole season. They’ve been the better side today but that in no way means we are lucky to be where we are in the league. Stop trying to be controversial or stop trying to wind people up. It’s the mark of a boring bastard. Link to comment

Bamber
Aye whats your point ? 1. The idea that Shinnie should be moved to LB this season is quite frankly daft2. Anthony O conner lacks concentration and positional sense we have far too many loanees both in the team and in the central area. 1 Link to comment

Shinniesta
I think everyone knew Hibs would be well up for this today playing in front of a full house after losing 3 times out of 3 to us under Lennon and especially after that meek capitulation at Pittodrie in December. Sounds like they have risen to the challenge today and we just haven't matched their determination and desire. I think today is the first time in 11 league games we have lost at ER. Still very disappointing though today was a big game and a chance to make a statement and we've blown it. When Celtic inevitably turn us over next week Hibs might only be two points behind us. Doncomitant
Going to have to - no choice O ConnerChristieMcleanNwakali All been played and tried in the centre today. 3 Loaness 1 who looks like he is offMcInnes has wasted most of his midfield options by signing defenders that can also play midfield.Arnason, fair enough is more defender now.Ball, AOC & even Shinnie.Far too many players brought in with 'versatility' in mind more so than strengthening one position & both midfield & defense have suffered as a consequence. Also when you remember that this also includes another centre half out at LB to aid in the cluster fuck approach team set up. Link to comment
afc_blockhead
Bad day .Lennon hate him but he knows how to produce a good attacking team.Undoubtedly Hibs have been better today. However where was evidence of Lennons great attacking team when we beat them twice this season? Just think people are so quick to make stupid sweeping judgements based on 1 game. Link to comment
