HaaI just know Budge will fuck the whole thing. She won't even know what to look for on a cv or what to ask in an interview. She met Cathro and hired him when it was obvious he was no leader of men. Or human beings. I'd take Lee Darnbrough from Hull as Sporting Director and Daniel Stendel as Manager. But we'll get Austin MacPhee and Steven Pressley. Or Shelley Kent. Link to comment
Torry Tosser
The cheese incident he made the player wear a lump of brie or whatever it was under a crepe bandage, saying its good for hamstring. They were all on the ground laughing at training thinking he was having a laugh,he went beserk stating its not a joke....That's when he lost the dressing room, sacked not long after. Fucking superb player in his day though. Not many players score the winning goal in a European Cup Final and his was a beauty against the great Juventus team of Platini, Boniek, Rossi, Tardelli etc. The Dons put Magath in his place a few months later in the UEFA Super Cup Final though ;-) https://youtu.be/yecOS1Jy3Rw Link to comment

shut up meg
What about Alex McDonald? Is he still living? He did an alright job for your mob. I think he did a fantastic job, the way he managed to lose a league and a cup in 97 minutes was majestic. I also remember Mercer saying the around about the last league game against Aberdeen in April (3rd last game of the season, 1-1 draw at Tynecastle, this is the result that lost them the league) that Hearts are a team on the way up, Aberdeen are a team on the way down. Mercer was a visionary, the fucking tool. 2 Link to comment

Supposedly Jack Ross has turned down the option to join Hibs. I think he'd be a good manager for Hearts. Robertson, Robinson, Holt, Wright etc aren't going to turn your fortunes around. There isn't really any standout candidates for either of the Edinburgh clubs. Link to comment

His vision in season 85-86 though was very myopic indeed, in the end. Some things are better left unsaid or inevitably they come back to haunt you. Link to comment
