Heard the chat is a similar lockdown to March but I thought that's what we were already doing! i think it's a cert that the schools returning will be delayed. I also heard separately from someone there'd be a restriction that no more than 1 person each from 2 households could meet outdoors. It's seemed like that long and so many pieces of advice, regulations, laws that, again, I'm not sure if that was something that happened before? Link to comment

There have been so many petty regulations I think the majority of people have stopped paying attention. Link to comment

I think Covid 'fatigue' and Christmas coming up meant that people got to the point where any regard for compliance went largely out the window. Link to comment

I doubt they'd ever give an actual deadline without the usual caveats of keeping the timelines under review. So we might hear a timeline but I expect it'll be fluid. Link to comment

I presume she means Martial law?. Martial law is the only restriction to our civil liberties she, and her good friend Johnson, have yet to impose upon us. I am very surprised that this hasn't been put in place already. Link to comment

That's good to hear that the good people of Aberdeen are going about their business as normally as possible, and quite rightly so as well. Sea breeze air, flavoured with a tinge of tangle, is one of the finer things in life and is bloody good for you. Better than breathing in your own and others's BO, sweat, farts and frying pan fat indoors due to being scared to go outside as it feels as though eyes and ears are watching and following your every move. 2 Link to comment
