Folk ignore stuff because they are bored of it. No matter how many shouts of "stick with it". It's been 9 months... Ken I'm bored of it. 

I'd imagine the most roundly ignored "rule" is the not mixing indoors.  It's pished of rain for about the last 2 weeks in Aberdeen, not ideal for meeting outdoors. It's clear from folks houses with cars etc. 

Stick to it for the most tbh, canna be arsed with the grief.

If the rumour of not being reviewed over Xmas and New year is true then I'd imagine a lot of bookings for hogmanay for example will be cancelled.  Nae fine for them
