Sorry if this has been posted before, but I’ve not been on here for a good few days.

Surely the recommendations of the review is that Gunn has got to be fired (boom, boom).

as DOF he has presided over 3 appalling managerial appointments (4 if you include Warnock). That is if he has been involved in the decisions. However, it is essential that a DOF is significantly involved with the appointment of the manager, and if he hasn’t been involved thus far in the decisions, then he needs to fired because he hasn’t done his DOF job properly.

I don’t hate him at all.

It’s not his fault he’s been promoted beyond his skill set & capabilities.

I’m pretty sure he works very hard… but ultimately it would appear he’s not suited to the DoF role.

Then where is his self awareness to realise he’s not good enough for the job, mistake after mistake leading the club he purports to love to be in relegation trouble. If he had any integrity he would have walked ages ago.

I'm sure Cormack does/did have folk like Gunn working for him in his software business; eyes and ears on the ground when he's not around, clipes on work colleagues not pulling their weight etc etc, and gets promoted for his troubles
