G31DON
Which fact is in fact an actual fact? Link to comment
DD1903
My mate works in a fairly senior position at the club. I'm fairly sure he doesn't know what wage Mcwinless is on and what part of his paid salary is basic salary or bonus. 'common knowledge', LOL.He clearly doesn't mix with the right people then Lolz Link to comment
WillieMiller
£17k a week LOL no chance. Honestly that will probably be less than what Gerrard is getting and similar to what Lennon would get. Never true. Link to comment
RUL
I don't like agreeing with Millertime but madness to suggest Aberdeen are paying the manager alone £884,000 basic salary. Link to comment

Well that's that solved then Willie Miller says it can't be true. No need for evidence. Job done Link to comment

Sonoftherock
McInnes will be on less than £7k p/w... never mind £17k! I know this is AFC hat, but FFS! Link to comment
Tord31
I'm also in the real world. Highest paid director got 2018 £360k2017 £221k To suggest McInnes gets 3 or 4 times more than these lads is pie in the sky Link to comment
TheRock
I have no idea what McInnes and he probably did get a nice little pay increase after rejecting Sevco but this does just sound like one of those things that has been repeated enough times until its become 'fact'. Link to comment
Kiriakov33
17k is likely to be the entire management / 1st team coaching budget. Link to comment
fine-n-dandy
I don't like agreeing with Millertime but madness to suggest Aberdeen are paying the manager alone £884,000 basic salary.Lol. That's the same as what Sevco were paying fat Sally when they were spunking money on him. To suggest Milne would sign off on someone getting that at Aberdeen is ludicrous Link to comment
Ten Caat
It's £750k And Milne signed off on it (Sevco offered £12k/wk when he was taking his look around. As I keep saying...at that point he was on around £9k/week with us. Milne blew the sevco offer out the water to persuade him to sign a new contract. Sevco may then have offered to top that but by then he had agreed to Milne's offer) 1 Link to comment

Tord31
It's long proven that when we are bottom 6, no euro games and fuck all doing in the cups that our turnover will be less than £10m/year. Any thought that we'd have an employee earning £1m/year is laughable Link to comment
Studebaker-90
And what happens when we get Europe and finish second for 4 seasons in a row? £17k is what he can earn if he hits his targets. I promise you that’s correct. Link to comment
DD1903
The fact the FnD, tord and SOTR are the ones arguing proves the point I reckon Link to comment

I promise you that’s correct.I can very believe he can earn that (even more) when winning a cup or europa group stages. Some posters are suggesting he has that level as a basic which is insane Link to comment

aberdeen1970
So in summary He isn't getting 17k per week basic If he wins things his overall package will equate to 17k per week I've got absolutely no problem with that Link to comment
