He's right, we've seen very little of the wealth we generated back. The central belt has soaked the majority of it up.

Our Council is one of the worst funded per head of population in the Country, we're near the bottom if not very bottom.

Get used to Aberdonians being obsessed with Glasgow and blaming it for all their ills? I'm used to that. It's still funny though.

.The queues at the food banks up here are nothing to chuckle about. The perceived wealth from the central belt decision makers has created ghettos.

? It's been soaked up by infrastructure spending in London and its surrounds. Wake up.

Quite a bit (circa £1.2bn) of (justified) infrastructure spending in the Aberdeen area on the AWPR over the past few years.

Pretty sure that was almost entirely Scottish Government funding.

That was actually from a  commitment by Jack McConnell (remember him?) way back in 2003. They were hardly going to ditch it.

Passed parliament in 2010 under an SNP administration.

Fuck all happened in Parliament under Jack-boy. Could've easily been ditched. Wasnt though. And the vast-majority of £1.2bn of Scottish Government money (our money) was spent on the AWPR by the the SNP administration.

have you compared the UK wealth generated out of the the City of London with the rest of the country? It's the bit that props up the rest. Your expectation that central Scotland will invest in the NE before themselves is going to result in a Doric National Party in 10 years,

Aberdeen's wealth was spunked against the wall by Westminster when it sold the rights to explore and extract so cheaply without setting up a national oil company.

Turns out that Kate Forbes is against gay marriage, abortion etc.

Poor show that she's been hiding it iyam

The thing is, she hasn't hidden it and it's been known for some time that she's a devout Christian. What is telling, is that her opposition to much of the SNP leadership's woke policies hasn't incurred the wrath of the FM and her circle. If Forbes were a heterosexual male, on the other hand, you can bet the wrath of the virtue signalling Murrell Mafia would be down on her so fast...

Pumped her 24/7 for a month till she went home. Gave her a shout 2 years later. Pumped her some more. Ultimately she was a fucking rocket so there was no future in it and that drive was a cunt.
