That's a shame - he's their top scorer with two goals - they are a McInnes team after all - if they go 1 up we'll know they'll have their backs to the wall for the rest of the game even if we draw level

Be amazed if he sees out the season as it couldn’t of went much worse for him since he joined at end of last season. Now he’s got his own team he has to deliver. If we fail to beat killie at home I will be close to joining you. Think it’s too early to bolt just yet but my gut says it will happen sooner or later anyway so why prolong the agony. Think he has to get to Word cup break and if we are way off pace I’d pull trigger. Can’t afford to waste another season on someone not up to it.

I can respect that view.

My concern is, despite the clear out and all the signings, imagine us without Hayes. We'd be nowhere, offering absolutely nothing up front and no organization at the back.

He's the player that (arguably) Goodwin's coached the least.
