Who's going to this then?

My first London flat in 1997 was in Charlton, was horrible then. Slightly improved now but not much. Greenwich or London Bridge (Borough Market) better for a pint for those going.

It's about 30 mins yes but I've just looked and there's a train strike scheduled for Saturday. Might yet be called off, will keep folk posted on here. Tube still runs though, nearest is probably North Greenwich. Bit of a walk from there but doable

Blackheath is also great for beers & about a half hour walk to the Valley

Me and the loon going - Tube to North Greenwich and then the 161 bus to the Ground looks like a good option (buses every 10 minutes - takes about 10 minutes).

There's still limited services running from London Bridge with South Eastern and Thameslink. It's whether you want to risk that by going to London Bridge, or have the reassurance that the tube will be running every 5 mins from inner London. I think I'll get tube up to Greenwich, get there about 10.30 and hunker down for a couple of hours before getting the bus with the loons. Picked up our new home tops today, so it'll be full kit wankers strutting round London town

Not so much in Charlton. Lots of great pubs in Greenwich & Blackheath. Greenwich is short train, bus or taxi ride away. Blackheath is about half hour walk away

Not really fussed about the result as such but hope the game is viewed more as a competitive game & not a 45 min fitness exercise. Getting closer to first game v Livi, who will have had 4 ‘competitive’ games under their belts by time we play them.

Doohan, Besuijen, Richardson, Stewart, Ngwenya.

It'll be interesting to see this weeks.

Unfortunately I think its pointing to an exit for Vinnie in the next 5 weeks.

I hope we hold on to him until January at least as he'll certainly do a turn off the bench.

Agree - if Vinny doesn't get any / much game-time on Saturday it looks like he's going to be away sooner rather than later. 

Richardson already gone.

Stewart and Ngwenya away permanently or on loan as soon as we get another CB and LB in I would guess.

I’m not sure he’ll be here much longer. 

Looking on from the outside it feels like his attitude is poor. 

A huffy, lazy player is not one Robson will want hanging around. 

I suspect he’ll be away to a Dutch 2nd division team, maybe on loan with a view to a permanent move.
