Watching the interview on RedTV and it literally was a call from Warnock the day before he turned up that got him here. So very much a reaction to what he's seen. Bit of a hail mary getting a 33 year old out of a club in but hey fingers crossed. Hope he can do a job.

Could be a goalie and/or defender next week.

@minijc will know?

I think the high horse of thinking the Scottish league is better than the MLS is well and truly over

Yeah which is embarrassing actually when you think about it.

And it shows how it has been killed by those running it. Corrupt cunts.

I think the MLS is really underrated.

Their lowest average attendance last year was still over 12k+ for the new Inter Miami team, highest Atlanta Utd with 45k+.

Went to the LA Galaxy Portland game last year when I was visiting and was expecting it to be shite.

Pre match entertainment for kids, food/beer stands everywhere, beer marquees outside the ground. Must admit I expected the atmosphere to be lame with their US chants but it was as good as a British game. Had about 25k too.

I didn’t even know it was MLS. Thought it was Canadian league for some reason.

They’ve had some decent players. Robson was there a couple clubs before he came here. Think Ryan Gauld is doing well there as well, no way we’d be able to take him off their hands.

MLS is odd. As if USA isn’t big enough they stick Canadian teams in it too. Must be some away days. Vancouver away to Inter Miami travelling on a Gothenburg Reds bus.

I don’t know why there has always been this desperation to get the yanks into football. If they really got into it they would be completely insufferable and arrogant about it!

with their infrastructure, finances and population they would probably dominate if they took to it like they do their own silly games

Yeah Gauld is doing really well there but remember how shite he was for Hibs.

He couldn't?

He was signed in September, 9 games from the end of the season.

Played in 7 of those games.

In MLS as has been pointed oot.

He played a total of 270 minutes. As you say admittedly MLS but over 9 games (2 cup) it was an average of 30 minutes a game.
