One of the worst groups of players i have seen, Jamie Carragher should be much nearer the bottom of the list and Nakamura shouldna be nowhere near it atall, fair enough he has a good free kick but that doesna mean he merits a place in the top 100 best players in the world, does it?

Also a few other dodgy ones in there too, Ronaldo is good but there are better players than him in the world, also why is Riquelme not in the top 10, he is one of the best midfielders on the go at the moment.

Tevez, Potential's there but not performed so far in europe or world cup

Giggs, far to high placed

Michael Owen, hes played ***k all in the last 2 years

John Terry, 22nd ha ha

Vidic, is a very ordinary player(nae a bad player but this is supposed to be the best 100 in the world)

Toure, :angry2:

I THINK YOU'D STRUGGLE TO FIND MANY PLAYERS THAT HAD A BETTER YEAR THAN RONALDO LAST SEASON. WHEREAS RONALDINHO IMO HAD A STINKER.

RIO FERDINAND, HARGREAVES AND LAMPARD HOWEVER... MEH.

Is South American footballer of the year, two years running not good enough? Some feat that is!

Surprised Vidic is not higher than Ferdinand

to be fair to Cashley Cole - he was a regualr first choice last season - Zambrotta was not

Ibrohimivic is a top top player - 4 consecutive league titles says it all.

Terry is a very good centre back

i wonder how many folk actually SAW riquleme play for boca last season

there are STILL very few left wingers as good as Ryan Giggs

the fact there are very few quality players not on the list suggests it's pretty much spot on

Nobody's questioned the content - its the order that the content is in that has been queried.

Never seen him play, did you? I read a few comments on how he basically won them most matches in the league.

Raul. Had an excellent season last time out and has started well again in this one. I'm sure many folk would rather him in their team than say.... Frank Lumpalard.

I'm not disagreeing, just noticed that some folks like complaining but don't offer alternative suggestions.

I'd second the inclusion of Raul, his role has changed in recent seasons and he's a better all round player for it. :dontknow:

Afonso Alves, The top goal scorer in Europe last year is missing, Roy McKaay, Alexander Frei, Klaas Jan Huntelaar, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Lucas Podolski.

I could go on but I wont because it's all opinion.

I guess their criteria is 1) Must play in the EPL 2) Any other league sky sports covers extensively.

Agree Bilbo - particularly with Bastian Schweinsteiger.

I'd also like to add Royston Drenthe into the mix - saw him a couple of times in the last year or so and i've been very impressed.
