Mass immigration was always going to take the Country down this path, lawless youths with no morals are the product of massive housing estates filled with migrants that the Country could never afford, they're feral.

Watch the left wing hand wringers slip into the shadows till this is all over

What a great idea to steal a Nintendo Wii from a smashed up shop whilst Sky News are covering the entrance, as well as probably upwards of 300 CCTV cameras.

Best get a couple of blasts on it rapidly before your front door gets booted in, you get arrested, and sentenced and jailed for looting.

These people are thick as f**k and I'm ashamed to share the same island as them.

Question. To send in the army would they need to declare martial law or a state of emergency or can they just send em in?

No they don't need to declare a state of emergency. They'll send whats called an MACP (military assistance to the civil power) request to the army for whatever they want, and legally the army can accept or decline to help (but i doubt they would ever refuse).

The government will probably be feirt to send them in 1) Because it will look like they're panicking 2) The army might be a bit heavy handed

If the army are sent in then everything they do has to comply with both military and domestic law - the army aren't really trained to operate under the domestic law, and it could lead to fu*ck ups. like in northern ireland when undercover army boys would shoot dead what they thought to be IRA boys (quite rightly) without following the proper civil procedure, they would turn out to be unarmed civillians and they would be on there way to a court martial.

Im all for sending the army in like...

Riots been on cards down there for a while, especially since Cameron got in and Lib Dems decided to screw over their voters by jumping into bed with Cameron's crew. Almost kicked off big time with students a while back aswell.

Come on!!

You can't blame this on the Cons/Libs, the folk rioting probably don't even know who is in power and the students are whankers.

The cuts debate is for another thread but surely people can see that they were needed, with many Euro Countries just staving off bankruptcy and the US having their rating cut it's clear we would have followed them down the same path if Labours policy of borrow borrow borrow had not been stopped.
