tup
I try to eat every 2 to 3 hours, sometimes I go longer but I'm usually training at those points only other times I miss meals is if I'm hungry but don't want to eat I'll just go to bed, means I am sleeping by half 8 some nights. That's a good idea, you should never eat after 7pm as your body cannot process it in time for sleeping which means you wake up sluggish the next day as your body battles to process yesterday's food as soon as you get up. Folk often say they are shattered in the mornings and the cause is never lack of sleep but always over consumption late at night. Link to comment
minijc
You've some will power mini I could never go to bed hungryFor two weeks (not including weekeneds) I more or less trained twice a day each day whilst only having 5 small bits of chicken for supper and yogurts the rest of the day, as soon as I felt hungry at night I was straight to bed. Sheep#1
Some small bits of chicken and a few yoghurts is never enough if you're training hard twice a day. Link to comment

I do understand it, I just don't see how you can even get 1000kcals from that and then training twice a day on that surely can't be doing you any good. But if it works for you, each to their own. E-P-K
Well after reading about it yesterday, I thought I wid give it a try, a toast sandwich, yes toast sandwich, apparently it is the sandwich of choice for those on a budget, as it works out at 7.5p per sandwich. 2 pieces of bread, buttered, and one piece of toast in the middle, Not as bad as it sounds, but will not be EPKs regular menu. 4/10 http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-15760897 Link to comment
