I think Murray will lose this match tbh. That's his hardest opening match at Wimbledon in a long time imo

12/1 is widely available if you think he'll lose.

Think Murray will win this one. Davydenko is a shadow of his former glory and he has always been terrible on grass. His serve is too weak and on grass Murray will take it apart.

Normally I'd agree with you, but Murray's form going in to the tournament has been abysmal. Worrying, really.

Murray through with little or no problems

Never any danger, for the reasons outlined above. It would have been far tougher had he come-up against a young qualifier with a big game and nothing to lose.

Looks like it'll be Karlovic on Thursday in the second round. Murray, being such a good returner, matches up well with Karlovic. When you neutralise his serve and get him moving around the court, he struggles.

What did he say?

He kept getting called for foot faults... which he blamed on biased line judges and umpires. He went as far as to question the credibility of the entire tournament. He was livid - all the more surprising coming from someone who is usually so quiet.

Djokovic and Federer are on the other side of draw to Murray and Nadal... so Nadal losing really opens things up. Nadals quarter suddenly looks very weak. I can't see anyone other than Tsonga making the semi final there. Murrays quarter is very competitive... he has Baghdatis next, which should be a brilliant spectacle to watch! If he gets through that then it's one of Cilic/Raonic/Querrey - too tough to pick who'll come through there.... then a potential quarter final against the Pony - which would be awesome - both players absolutely loathe each other and have a really fearce rivalry going back to the juniors!

That was breathtaking to watch. I honestly think on that performance Rosol has a chance of emulating Becker. The power and precision of some of his shots was outrageous

The way his quarter has opened up now means he won't face anyone of note until Tsonga in quarter finals. However, it still think it was a flash in the pan. The boy is 26, plays on the challenger circuit and has done nothing in the game until now.

Kohlscreiber is a good grass court player - he beat Nadal a couple of weeks ago on grass in Halle. He will beat Rosol next round.

You'd think Nadal would invest in underwear that doesn't shift up his arse crack all the time. Unless he just likes picking his bum - maybe sniffs his fingers a lot too?

He has some sort of OCD-type disorder. He lines up two water bottles, in front of his chair, immediately between his legs, with the labels facing out towards court - he also turns the caps a certain number of times. He takes a cold shower before every match. He also always makes sure that is the last person to arrive at the net prior to the coin toss.

The fidgeting and readjusting of his underwear is really noticeable when he's waiting for serve... but if you watch him when he's sitting down he does the same with the position of his socks.
