Some good news finally emerges from the Thomas Cook fiasco.

Rangers fans have been left in the lurch after the club's travel partners - Thomas Cook - collapsed.

The travel firm plunged into chaos this morning after announcing they had officially ceased trading immediately.

Hundreds of thousands of holidaymakers have been left stranded abroad with many others losing out on planned trips in the near future as all flights have been cancelled.

Gers had an official partnership with Thomas Cook Sport and fans were offered special travel packages to make it to games including away trips to Porto and Young Boys in the coming months.

A trip to Porto, for instance, cost supporters around £350.

I feel sorry for those that lost their jobs....

The will be able to TUPE over to the new travel agents on the same terms as their previous contracts. But they can also leave on a free transfer to any other travel agency that wants their services. The new owner won't like this and demand a fee but he won't get his way as despite his protestations that they are the same travel agency with 175 years of unbroken history, the law will always prove otherwise. He ultimately won't  care too much as he bought the assets of the old company for a whacking great discount on their true value and will sell up in a couple of years to a South African spiv businessman at the head of a consortium at a thumping great profit.

Selective amnesia is the hun/sevco way.

Aye, their anterograde amnesia is quite amazing judging by their astonishing ability to recall memories from the past.

Was there a phenomenon that took place in 2012 that I missed whereby all rangers fans contracted the same mental disorder that deluded them into believing they still hold 55 titles and are not legally obliged to pay £149m taxation to the HMRC as well as £40 to a poor face painter for services rendered?
