fine-n-dandy
Looking forward to this one. Not expecting a great game though.Should be a great crowd but will be very tense unless the team can get us buzzing early doors.Hearts will try & kill the game & will likely be very aggressive. I will go for 2-1 Dandies & a couple of red cards (hopefully no injuries) & a crowd of between 13 & 14k (maybe over 14k) Link to comment

Ha ha I was offshore for both but I'm guessing it was very tense in those two game you mention. Especially the cup game when we were playing with ten men.Followed by utter elation from goals onwards. Was only at the cup game out of the two, I wouldn't say the support was tense, there was tremendous backing for the lads on the park. Link to comment

Yeah but as I'm sure you know, it's sadly a whole different atmosphere at home than it is away from home. Hopefully this will be different on Sat though Link to comment

Be ages by the time I've watched all that. But that's a good dance for any time Zola scores May get harder as attendances increase though Link to comment
fine-n-dandy
I had PP as MOTM just shading it over McGinn but thinking about it more, it's maybe being a little harsh on McGinn.McGinn was all over the park last nite. Not just out wide a lot but he was back defending a lot as well. The guy ran his legs off.He was guilty of going for shots when there was better options available a couple of times but I can forgive him that (in hindsight) cos he was so desperate to get that "goal from open play" monkey off his back.I have changed my mind & would give McGinn the MOTM now. It's close between them & fantastic to have two players giving so much & running each other so close (imo) but McGinn gets it just. That's last seasons MachineGinn back & if it is, then the rest had better start to worry cos we are on the up.Hopefully Hayes can produce now as well & Zola can hit a bit of a goal run & Robson can get back close to his former self. We'd have the makings of a fkn fantastic squad/side. Just need a little luck & for everything to fall in the right places & McInnes will see his vision realised perfectly. Link to comment
tup
In otherwords McGinn was better than Pawlett. Link to comment
reekie_dock
Spewing I'll miss this one, works a cunt! After last night I think It'll be a riot!!!! Another 4-0 Link to comment
the_shrimp
I was poo-pooing this gype in the pub before the Partick game who was certain we were gonna win 4-0. I'm too use to fearing the worst. I'm changing my ways. I'm expecting a comfortable win against weaker opposition. Zola starts. 3 or 4 nil. McGinn hat-trick. Link to comment
The Oxford Don
I've even managed to convince my (normally football-allergic) brother to attend this one as well. So between him and Tup's loon, I reckon we're now completely fucked. Comfortable Tarts win coming up! Link to comment
Tord31
I presume Shaughnessey is available for this (because he was eligible for u20s game)? SFA aint updated their suspension list in about two weeks tho so nae much clue Link to comment
fine-n-dandy
I presume Shaughnessey is available for this (because he was eligible for u20s game)? SFA aint updated their suspension list in about two weeks tho so nae much clueNot sure what suspension he was given.Liam Craig got two game ban (one in cup & one in league) for violent conduct (although his was more serious) but Shaughnessy has already served a league game ban so will be eligible I'd imagine. Although I think Hector deserves to start. IMO he was unfairly dropped in the first place as had been on very good form. He's been better than Joe imo, so Joe should be improving to get Hector out.I realise there is an argument for playing Joe ahead of him because he is OUR player but if we are to have any hope of keeping Hector beyond Jan (& I hope to fuck we do) then we have to use him. Especially whilst he's on good form & doing very little wrong. Link to comment

buchanskii
I want revenge for my trip down to Tynecastle earlier in the season Anything less than a win by 2 clear goals is a defeat in my eyes. Hope Zola ragdolls the hun filth Wilson for his antics at Tynecastle! Link to comment
WillotheRed
2-0 Dons (Zola) Zola will only score one goal but it will count double because he wanted it to. I've never been right with these predictions so I might as well go for something out of the ordinary. Link to comment
Dmm1197
Think we will win this game, although it will be much tighter than the Partick game. I think we will win 2-1, with McGinn and Jack scoring. Hopefully put on a good show for the expected big crowd, I think the attendance will be around 16,000. Link to comment
The Cockney Don
I`d maybe make only one change from the partick game, Anderson for Considine.I`ll go for a 1-0 dons(hayes) again,13,872 the craaaaad . Link to comment

muttonhumper
Just saw/listened to the pre-match interviews with McInnes, Hayes and Reynolds.Really positive stuff about the hard work ethic, team spirit, the fitness and the will to win.All reasoned, thoughtful comments. None of your standard British footballer retarded, clichéd drivel.Refreshing. Really looking forward to tomorrow.2-0 us.Zola & McGinn Link to comment
Tord31
Shaughnessey returns. Robertson, Magennis, Murray and Clark all still missing Langfield Shaughnessey Hector Considine Reynolds Hayes Jack Pawlett Flood McGinn Zola subs: Weaver, Anderson, Robson, Low, Wylde, Vernon, Smith Prediction: 1-0 Zola Link to comment
Byrne Baby Byrne
I'd go Clangers Hector Anderson Considine Reynolds Jack Pawlett Flood Hayes Zola McGinn 3-0 Aberdeen Ambitious to suggest 4-3-3 but ken fit like. Hector deserves another start. Jack needs back in midfield. Doesn't matter which one Reynolds and Considine are in as they are both playing well! Link to comment
